Honestly, I feel like we've inherited a half dozen brothers/guardian angels by getting paired up with Wild Water.
Our story begins with putting in a service request through our home warranty because we had a sewer line failure that resulted in our downstairs shower, toilet, and utility room drain all overflowing and/or flooding after I took a shower on November 19th. We just expected to get our pipes snaked, but when Bryce & Nate showed up, they informed us that we had some major issues to address and they weren't comfortable just doing the bare minimum. They weren't pushy, they never used scare tactics, they were just honest about the serious problems that needed to be addressed.
The last few weeks have been pretty crazy with unforeseen obstacles caused by outside entities, but these guys have literally been here for us every single day and have gone above & beyond to make sure we're taken care of during this wild process. I seriously cannot express how grateful we are for everything they've offered or done for us over the last few weeks.
Bryce, John, and Caleb have been absolutely phenomenal, and we appreciate everyone else who has come out to help us too (Nate, Scott, & Zach).
