Wild Water Plumbing is the company to install your water heater! My 23-year-old water heater started leaking, so I needed to find a company to replace it quickly. Out of the quotes I received, they were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but they were the most knowledgeable and informative, making them the best bargain for my money. The installers, Bryce and Daniel, answered all my questions so I knew exactly what they replaced and where the shut-off valves were (very important to know!). I would highly recommend this company because of their superior knowledge and tremendous customer service.

John showed up, was punctual, and was extremely pleasant. He introduced himself and was ready to diagnose the problem with the water heater. He quickly explained the problem and solution clearly to my understanding, which I greatly appreciated. Very quick to service. I called one morning and was instantly seen for an estimate and got my water heater in no time. Office staff very friendly, estimate very reasonable and understanding. I had a hot water heater go out that was under warranty. I called a few plumbing places that wanted to charge an insane amount to replace a warranty-covered H2O heater. One tried to charge me the equivalent of $800–$1,000 an hour. I called Johnathan and he came out that day, and he was so knowledgeable and fair. He ended up being able to put in a new unit the next day at a very reasonable price. The entire team I dealt with at Wild Water were amazing and great. I highly, highly recommend them.

Pretty damn awesome job! I noticed my old water heater was slowly leaking and rusted. Since it's upstairs, the last thing I want is for it to burst and mess up the floor/ceiling. I called Johnathan and he was at the house within 30 minutes. He assessed the issue and gave me a competitive quote. I was going to go with another plumber that I'd used in the past but Johnathan had availability almost immediately! It was supposed to happen on Saturday... SUPPOSED TO! He met me on Thursday and was able to send Bryce out to install the new water heater on FRIDAY! YES PLEASE!!! Bryce was a complete professional, explaining where he was at in the process as he did the removal and install. He gave me some pointers with the new unit. The logo on the truck is so noticeable that my neighbor asked me to send Bryce to his house after he's done... If it was quality work. Guess what? It was. Bryce is over chatting with them now. Overall, it's money that no one wants to spend but the team here have given me peace of mind. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you! Including my before and after pics.

They were on time, worked diligently and expediently, notifying us of their arrival, time needed to complete the job, costs/expenses, meticulous in installation, and definitely worth the money they quoted. We needed an old out-of-code water heater replaced. Decided to do this proactively, as we had a fridge water line leak that needed some restoration. Thank goodness. Johnathan and Caleb were calling me within 5 minutes, at my home with a free estimate within the next 45 minutes. Job done by next day afternoon. The price was very competitive, and I was not upcharged for relocating our main shutoff valve that was inaccessible from the previous owner's tank install. While here, they tested our water pressure to find PSI almost double what it should be. This most likely caused the fridge pipe leak that was denied coverage by State Farm. They gladly jumped on FaceTime with family who is a master plumber in a different state, reviewing work and discussing the new situation. My family praised their excellent work and that they found the PSI issue that was an imminent threat to more pipes bursting. Everything was done that day at very competitive prices. Communication was stellar. I can’t recommend this company enough. I will always call them for all our plumbing issues.

Our water heater started leaking from the base over Labor Day weekend. It was obvious that we would need to replace it, but we were worried about extra cost for a holiday weekend call out. We also thought we would need to wait 3 days to get a replacement. Johnathan reached out via text, assured me they didn't charge extra for the holiday, and we were able to schedule the service for first thing the next morning. Johnathan and Caleb arrived on time, were polite, professional, and knowledgeable about what we needed. They took the time to explain what was needed, the why, and had the job completed quickly and efficiently. When asked if they could replace it today, we were told, "We came to work." They made replacing the water heater less painful for us. They are a local, small business that is family-oriented. We highly recommend them!
